Day before Wedding
I Attend and direct a 2 to 3 hour wedding rehearsal based off of your wishes and/or an event walk through.
Day of Wedding
Serve as the Client’s point of contact for event vendors.
Disburse Vendor final payment & tips.
Greet guests and direct them to the appropriate area throughout the wedding.
Coordinate the activities to remain in compliance with the venue regulations and rental time frame.
Distribute tossing items and line up guests.
Orchestrate set-up of ceremony and reception in accordance with floor plan(s) at both sites.
Set up basic event accessories.
Troubleshoot problems that may arise.
Coordinate with Master of Ceremonies, DJ and/or band on music selection per client.
Ensure that the day flows smoothly.
Gather decorations, flowers and gifts if needed.
Insure the venue is cleared at the close of your celebrations.
