Full Service Wedding Planning & Design- Starts at $4,700 

 

Between work, home and social responsibilities, many couples simply do not have the time or energy to plan their wedding from beginning to end.  With guidance from you, we will help make your wedding day special, relaxing and magical.  We will work with you to create a wedding budget, set a plan and identify the vision that is a perfect reflection of the two of you.  We will completely design, customize and execute all of the details so that you can relax through the planning process which will allow you to enjoy your guest and your wedding.  

 

This package includes: 

 

  • Everything in the Partial Wedding Planning Packages plus: 

  • Vendor Selection & Management

  • Rental Management –Placement of any rental orders (chairs, linens, tents, etc.) 

  • Logistical Planning

  • Assistance in visualizing and designing your wedding theme and look including; colors, theme, décor and floral design.

  • Full event design and unlimited creative projects (menu, programs, invitation design, favor selection and packaging, etc.)

  • Unlimited vendor research and referrals, all while staying within your budget. 

  • Creation of all party favors, wedding party gifts, place cards, menus, etc. 

  • Coordination of rehearsal dinner following ceremony rehearsal. 

  • A la Carte Services are included within Full Service Package such as Sweet Tea, Lemonade and Spa-Infused Water Station, Invitation and RSVP Management of up to 75 guest, Assembly of guest favors, picking up and delivering items and more. 

 

Here is how the timeline of this package typically breaks down:

 

Time of Booking:

  • Meet with the couple to gather basic but very important information either in person or over the phone. 

 

Initial Design Meeting:

  • We will meet with you for a 2 hour planning meeting.   During this time, we will:

    • Discuss overall vision for the event  | Suggest vendors that fit your design style and budget  | Create and E-mail a template budget | Decide on which 2 vendor meetings we will attend 

 

Initial Design Follow up and Presentation of ideas Meeting. 

  • We will meet with you for a 2-hour planning meeting.   During this time, we will:

    • Choose from the concepts presented.  | Provide you with bid estimates from vendors/venues | Update and Manage your budget according to concepts chosen| Set-Up & Manage appointments + contracts with vendors that fit your design style & budget 

 

Midway Design & Vendor Review in person or via Phone

  • We will schedule a convenient time for a 1 hr phone/in person review. During this call, we will:

    • Discuss overall vision for the event and review any changes to be made| Review budget | Discuss any communication updates

 

1 Month prior to your event 

  • We will meet you for a wrap it up consultation. During this consultation, we will:

    • Finalize event floor plans + furniture arrangements | Confirm Rehearsal location, date & time | Build, finalize + email timelines for your entire event to include behind the scenes activities. | Confirm music order + arrangements for event. | Ensure that the ceremony and reception sites are set up & decorated exactly according to your wishes.
