Partial Wedding Planning Package- Starts at $3,000
This package was created for the client who wants more direction in their planning process. As we do in all of our packages, we will support you through all of the tough & crucial decisions. We will also be there to wrap up those finishing touches before your event. The idea behind this package is to make sure that you have the ability to create & work on your own event with confidence knowing that we will be there to help you. Package includes one site visit to the venue with you to discuss layout, flow and décor as well as two vendor meetings (if needed). We create a wedding inspiration board through Pintrest that allows us to share, expand and give feedback on the theme and vision for your wedding as it develops. This fee does not include the price of any materials used if needed to execute the design. We design based around your individually set decoration and flower budget.

Meet with the couple to gather basic but very important information either in person or over the phone.
Initial Design Meeting:
We will meet with you for a 2 hour planning meeting. During this time, we will:
Discuss overall vision for the event | Suggest vendors that fit your design style and budget | Create and E-mail a template budget | Decide on which 2 vendor meetings we will attend
2 months prior to your event (Midway Design & Vendor Review in person or via Phone):
We will schedule a convenient time for a 30-45 minute phone review. During this call, we will:
Go over your vendor selection progress | Review Budget | Discuss any negotiation or communication needs with current vendors
1 month prior to your event
We will meet you for a 2 hour wrap it up consultation. During this consultation, we will:
Gather your vendor contracts + check for “Red Flags” & establish Jacqueline Johnson as their point of contact & to confirm all arrangements, as well as delivery and set up time before your wedding. | Confirm Rehearsal location, date & time | Build & Finalize event floor plan according to your vendor selection + furniture/prop arrangements | Confirm music order + arrangements for event | Finalize & E-mail timelines for your entire event to include behind-the-scenes activities.
